“Medium body, lots of fruit, and pleasant tannins”

The grapes for this wine are usually harvested towards the end of March, at their optimum ripeness. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks. It has a deep ruby-red colour and aromas of ripe red fruit, blackcurrant and strawberry. Its sprightly varietal character, medium body and pleasant finish are evident on the palate.

Ideal to pair with grilled red meat, lamb, meat fondue or cheese.

Ideal service temperature: 16-18 °C
