In its June edition, Vinos & Más, one of the most well reputated wine magazines in Chile has rated our Torreón de Paredes, Reserva Privada Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 with 87 points, highlighting its tannic structure and volume.
It is not by chance that this wine, which has great bottle ageing potential, has been chosen not only in Chile but also in the UK as one of the best respresentatives of world class Chilean Cabernets Sauvignon.
In effect, Reserva Privada Cabernet Sauvignon 2008, was recently awarded “Commended” by the “Decanter World Wine Awards 2010”.
Reserva Privada wines are made from grapes coming from the eldest and most selected lots of vines from the Family Estate, these grapes are not only selected at the vineyards, but also at the winery where they undergo a double selection process where we manually select bunch by bunch and grape by grape. This exquisite wine resulted from this painstainkg selection is matured in brand new French oak Barrels for a period that goes from 12 to 16 months.
