DON AMADO PAREDES

I dreamed of being at a long table, toasting with the great connoisseurs of wine and of American Thought – Walt Whitman, Pablo Neruda, Jorge Borges, and the divine Gabriela Mistral of Chile, who was hunting for vine shoots in the vineyards of Elqui [Northern Chile] for her children.  We all raised our glasses, filled to the brim with a “mountain of mountainous mountains” of aromas, tastes and flavors.

Enjoy your special toast with Torreón de Paredes – Wine savored, experienced and appreciated.
