This wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested usually in late March, at optimum ripeness. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Bright pink in colour, the wine has aromas of ripe strawberry with hints of jam. Young, fruity and fresh on the palate with well-balanced acidity and a touch of sweetness on the finish.

Ideal to pair with chinese food, sweet and sour dishes or as an aperitif.
